I have been collecting essential oils for many years. I have tried a lot of different brands and have gotten mixed results. Some people have a hard time spending money on expensive products. Maybe they feel its too much of a risk; they may feel its hard to discern which oils are “pure” and which ones are not. I know, because I have faced similar issues.
One brand I’ve come to trust and love is Simply Earth. They make collecting essential oils both affordable and fun.
They boast a wide variety of pure essentials oils on their website. They make choosing the oils you need easy by organizing them by usage. For example, skin care oils, oils for health and cleaning/deodorizing oils. However, the most cost-effective way to get their oils is by subscribing to their monthly boxes.
In one of my monthly boxes from Simply Earth, there were a lot of surprises. The kit included two empty roll-on bottles, an empty small bottle, and two white plastic tubes called “Aromatherapy Inhalers” to make something to smell. I have a hard time getting creative with my essential oils, so it helped to have an instruction sheet. One of the instructions was for a “nausea relief inhaler.” That would have been perfect when I was pregnant! It only took 6 drops of peppermint, 7 drops of blood orange, and 3 drops of a head soothing blend. It smelled great!
Another thing I find myself using from the box was the recipe for the Point Pain Roll-on Relief. It called to use 5 drops of peppermint oil, 4 drops of Eucalyptus, and then you fill the rest with coconut oil- GENIUS! Really great for my headaches!
